Returns

We hope you adore your KayLou purchase, but if for any reason you wish to return your product you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To qualify, items must be unused , in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@kayloucosmetics.com 

Any items being returned must be sent back in the original packaging and you must pay for the return costs, we will not refund any postage costs for items sent back which you no longer want or have ordered by mistake. 

If applicable, refunds will be issued within 3-5 working days.
